Lumabites is an ongoing business concept of "Glow in the dark food"!

This concept provides an innovative technique of cooking with a unique concept of a restaurant that would offer customers the ability to enjoy food on a different, creative and futuristic level.

Lumabites are made of very healthy ingredients that enable them to glow under black light without changing their nutritional quality or their taste.

My goal is to make healthy food fun, accessible and affordable to people, especially younger generations. Concept is innovative and revolutionary. It wells from my love for cooking and till now I have developed a menu of around 200 international healthy and tasty recipes for dishes that glow in the dark. I'm still developing a variety of new recipes and I have successfully managed to incorporate molecular gastronomy elements into my unique way of cooking. The idea is to sell a license for the restaurant concept as well as to supply the ingredients necessary to make food glow.
